What this policy covers
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to store. This page explains which ones clearskylightscrawley.co.uk uses, which come from other companies, and how you can control them.
It should be read with our privacy policy, which covers the personal information you send us. This is a plain-English starting point, and the operator of the business should have it reviewed before relying on it.
Cookies set by this site
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie and no profile built from the pages you read.
The pages may store a small item that the software needs to work, such as a record of a choice you made on the page in front of you. Items that are strictly necessary for a service you asked for do not need your consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. If we ever add analytics or marketing tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before they go live.
The map on our pages
Where a page shows a map, it is drawn from OpenStreetMap tiles. Loading those tiles sends a request to the OpenStreetMap servers, which can see your IP address and browser details, as any server you visit can. The tiles themselves set no cookies. OpenStreetMap publishes its own privacy policy, and it is the place to look for what that service does with the requests it receives.
Third parties on the page
Two parts of the site are run by other companies, and each has its own policy that we do not control.

The quote form is loaded from the CRM provider's own servers, so the provider may set or read cookies on its own domain while the form is open. The WhatsApp button links out to WhatsApp, and cookies, if any, are governed by WhatsApp when you follow it. How to control cookies
Every mainstream browser lets you see, block and delete cookies. The settings are usually under Privacy or Security in the browser menu. You can block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, or clear them each time you close the browser. Some browsers also offer a private window that discards cookies when it is closed.
Blocking third-party cookies may stop the quote form from loading or behaving as expected. If that happens, use the WhatsApp or email route, or try the contact page.
